What was the highlight of Hotel Novotel Santiago Vitacura
Good location, comfortable bed.
The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that.
Some details need to be changed, seams old. The shower was small for my husband and there was only one bottle of water inside the friedge ( we booked for 2 people). They charge me a security fee but there is nothing inside the room to eat. All those things are wired.

Great stay and location.
location excellent, front of house staff very helpful and informative. Room very large and spacious. Bed exceptionally comfortable and pillows a dream! Shower, lovely and hot. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, and restaurant happy to give us extra milk for our tea.
Bathroom needs updating with a lick of paint. Am not so keen on a separate toilet, which is contained within a very small cubicle.

Excellent hotel, don’t forget to pack a swimsuit
Great room, great breakfast, excellent location.
I didn’t like discovering the hotel had a pool (an indoor, warm-water pool!) only upon check-in. Had it been advertised more prominently, I might have packed a swimsuit and enjoyed it.

The hotel staff were really attentive and helpful. Location was very comfortable.
The room was a little dated and hotel on the pricey side.
